FEES:

Kelly Valdes Scholarship Fund for Young Drivers (up to 21 yrs) call secretary for information and qualifications before opening date. Entry Fee: $200 Post Entry Fee: If space available, additional $50 Entry Refund Policy: Full refund before closing date, less $50.00 processing fee; after closing date, entry fee only upon receipt of vet or doctor certificate, less $50.00 processing fee. Stall Fee: $150 (Wed - Sun) includes 1 bale straw. Additional days $30/day, if available. Stall Deposit: $50 per stall (separate check), stalls must be stripped and raked, deposit check will be returned following inspection by stable manager. Stall refund policy: No refunds after closing date. Other Fees: All drivers: ADS $30 non-member fee. USEF Advanced Only: $20 drug fee per horse; $20 non-member fee, $5 discipline fee if driving is not noted on USEF card.

Preliminary and Intermediate drivers include copies of ADS membership cards or $30 non-member free and Negative Coggins (within 12 months). Advanced drivers include copies of ADS and USEF membership cards or non-member fees, USEF Pony Measurement card, USEF Horse Registration Numbers,
USEF or FEI Passport, Negative Coggins (within 12 months) and Equine influenza certificate (within 6 months). Copies of documents required for entry to be accepted and Proof of IHP Fee payment.

Golf carts: are available from Wednesday afternoon - 2 seat ($200) or 4 seat ($225) - must be reserved with entry before closing date and must be driven by a licensed driver only

MARATHON:
Type of Terrain: Woods, Farm Fields, Dirt Roads
Preliminary: 3 sections, approx. 12-13 km, 5-6 obstacles
Intermediate: 3 sections, approx 12-15 km, 6-7 obstacles
Advanced: 3 sections, approx. 15-16 km, 7-8 obstacles

CONES:
Preliminary: 35-40 cm clearance, bridge
Intermediate: 30-40 cm clearance, bridge, water
Advanced: 20-25 cm clearance; Overstandard track (teams 30-35 cm), bridge, water

VETERINARY/HEALTH REQUIRMENTS: USEF Advanced Only: Negative Coggins (1year), Flu (6 month); all horses must be properly registered and identified by diagram; all horses must have valid vaccination certificate (General Regulations, Article 139.2) Preliminary& Intermediate: Negative Coggins (1 year). Copies of documents required for entry to be accepted.

Trophy, six ribbons, and Young Drivers award in each division and a special Marathon Turnout award.

CDE committee reserves the right to: change times, officials, refuse any entry, and combine, cancel, or divide any class. The Committee reserves its rights as allowed under USEF Article 914.26 and ADS Article 910.

CAMPING:

On grounds, reservation required in advance. $100 camping on site with no hook up. RV sites next to stable fence (list RV length) $200 fee for show; electric & water hook ups, one 30 amp 120V electric outlet per site. Bring 30 amp or 20 amp adapter if needed.

FOOD: Available on the show grounds.

DIRECTIONS:
From South: I-95 to exit 100 (Northeast/Rising Sun) Rt. 272 N. to Rte. 1 N. (about 7m) to Rte. 41 N. (Avondale/Chatham Exit); 2/10m to right on Woodview Rd. 8/10m to event on right.
From North: I-95 or 295 S. to Rte. 322 W. to Rte. 1 S. (about 12m) to Rte. 41 N(Avondale/Chatham exit); then follow above directions.
From West: Rte. 30 E to Rte. 41 S. (approx. 18m) through village of Chatham; left on Woodview Rd., then follow above directions.
From North East: Rte. 202 to Rte. 926 W. to Newark Rd. (left), 2/10m to Spencer Rd., 2.5m to T (bear left onto Woodview), bend around to right to event on left.
